An experienced coach
Every session is coached in person. You get your form checked, weights chosen for you and progressions set to your level, whether you race or just want to ride harder for longer.
A 20-week, small-group strength and conditioning course built for mountain bikers. Two coached sessions a week, a dedicated MTB program from Fit4Racing, and testing before and after, so you roll into spring with results you can measure.
Climbing, pumping, descending and hanging on through rough terrain all take strength, power and endurance. This course uses the winter to build all three.

Sessions follow Fit4Racing, a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for mountain bikers. It was built with pro riders and scales for all levels.
Small groups mean real coaching rather than a crowded class, and you still get the motivation of training alongside other riders all winter.
Two coached sessions a week for 20 weeks, from November to March, on weekday evenings (Monday to Thursday, at 7:00 or 8:00 pm). That’s steady, consistent training through the months when the trails are under snow.
You’ll do baseline testing at the start and repeat it at the end of the program, so you can see exactly how much stronger and fitter you got.
Add a medical-grade seca mBCA scan at the start and finish to see how much muscle you gained and fat you lost, not just what the scale says.
Start with testing to measure where you are, giving your training and your progress a clear starting point.
Twenty weeks of coached, small-group sessions following the Fit4Racing MTB program.
Repeat your tests, compare them with your baseline, and start the riding season stronger than you finished the last one.
Classes run in the Health Garage training space, which is fully equipped for the kind of work that makes riders stronger.
Add a body composition scan at the start and end of the program. In 24 seconds, the seca mBCA measures muscle mass, fat mass and muscle quality, with accuracy comparable to DEXA and no radiation.
